Booking
- A provisional booking will be held for 7 days. 25% of the
full payment is required as a booking fee, and is subject
to final payment being made within six weeks of arrival date.
Unfortunately the deposit is not refundable in the event of
cancellation on your part.
Balance - The balance is due 6 weeks before
start of your holiday. No booking is finalised until receipt
of total payment.
Cancellation - Must be confirmed in writing
and acknowledged by the owners.
If the property is re-let, then 50% of the booking fee will
be refunded, providing there is ample notice (more than
6 weeks)
Damage Deposit - A returnable deposit
of 200 euros is held against loss, damages, breakages and
excessive cleaning charges, this is payable on arrival in
cash, at the cottage. The damage deposit will be returned
after deductions, if applicable, within 7 days via a sterling
cheque to the value of 140.00 pounds, at the end of your
holiday.
Tenancy Agreement - Hire is granted under
the 1988 HOUSING ACT for holiday accommodation and no right
to remain at the property exists for the client or anyone
in the client’s party.
The property will be available for occupation from 16.00
on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30 on day of
departure.
Holiday makers are requested to leave the property clean
and tidy, as on changeover days there is insufficient time
for owners to provide anymore than a superficial check and
a limited amount of cleaning. In this matter we rely on
the goodwill of holiday makers, whose co-operation is always
much appreciated and we are pleased to say generally forthcoming.
The owners reserve the right to refuse a booking if they
consider the property unsuitable for the clients. If the
accommodation is not available for any reason whatsoever
beyond the control of the owners, any monies will be refunded
in full and final settlement.
Clients are fully responsible in case of accident or loss
or damage from any cause whatsoever for themselves, their
children or any person invited into the property during
their stay. The owners make every effort to ensure the property
is safe and secure in all aspects for the enjoyment of their
clients.
The number of persons occupying the property must not exceed
6, unless by prior arrangement and confirmed in writing
by the owners.
Musical instruments, radios, record players and similar
appliances should be used considerately at all times.
Smoking is not acceptable within the property.
Persons placing the bookings must be at least 18 years of
age and on behalf of the party accept the terms and conditions
of rental. Payment of the deposit assumes acceptance of
the above terms and booking conditions.
